Why do some people get hooked on habit burgers?
Some people may have a bad habit of eating habits that aren’t conducive to their lives.
They may even find they’re stuck in a vicious cycle where they eat the right foods but then get stuck with a food addiction.
One person in the habit burger world has decided to change that.
Bridgette Taylor has a bad, bad habit and has a great family.
“I eat a lot of meat, especially when I’m sick,” she said.
She said she started with a small plate of hamburgers every morning and eventually became addicted to eating them every night.
After a few months she switched to a healthy diet of fish, vegetables and fruit.
Then, she started eating habit burgers, which are a fast-food staple, every other day.
They’re often served at the supermarket or served as part of a meal, and they can be bought in convenience stores or online.
It’s an addictive habit.
“I love it,” she told News.au.
Her daughter and son-in-law have similar bad habits and have similar issues.
Ms Taylor is convinced it’s her fault for not changing her diet, and she hopes it will change her husband’s too.
