Which is better for your sleep: Habit burgers or napa’s?
I have a habit of making this habit and eating a napa on the weekends.
That’s what makes it so good.
But the other night I went to bed and was just so happy that I was making this choice, I made a habit out of it.
And I was like, “Yeah, I know what I’m doing.”
I’m not trying to impress anyone.
I’m just saying I am going to do it.
I want to be able to have that type of sleep.
And then when I wake up, I have this kind of happy, sleepy feeling.
That was my initial thought.
Then I was also like, oh, it’s a great habit.
It makes me feel good.
I am a little bit more awake.
But then I got home and saw that it wasn’t working.
I couldn’t get it to work.
So I made it a habit and ate a napas.
It made it so I could have that feeling.
The next day I had a little more energy, so I was more active.
I felt better.
But it was a little hard for me to keep going.
I didn’t want to wake up in the middle of the night.
It was kind of a mental block.
I would wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning, and I would have this feeling of not being able to do my work.
But if I ate a snack or a nap, I was so excited and I was happy.
I was feeling really good.
And that was how I made my habit work.
When I went back to sleep, I felt like it was working.
It didn’t feel like I had the energy to do everything I wanted to do.
So now I eat my napas on the weekend and I feel like the same thing.
I wake and I’m like, I feel great.
I don’t feel as good as I used to.
It’s hard to go back to that.
If I am just going to have a regular nap and not do anything, I will have a bad day.
But now I am more energized.
So, you are able to get the rest of your life where you want to.
That has made me a lot happier, and it’s helped me in my career.
So it’s been great for me.
