When I first started eating like a monk, my diet was different
I started eating the right foods to help me lose weight and improve my health.
I started with a healthy, wholesome diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains.
I was very satisfied with my health and weight loss, and soon after I lost weight, I started thinking about how to change my diet.
After that, I kept eating healthier and healthier and gradually lost weight.
Now, I have more confidence in my health, and I have made progress.
But how do you go from a healthy diet to a diet that’s healthy for you to an unhealthy diet?

A healthy diet is about following healthy habits, not just eating a certain food or doing a certain activity.
A lot of times, it’s the combination of all these things that leads to weight loss and healthy eating habits.
It can take time and patience to find out how to balance your diet with your lifestyle.
And there are different ways to make the most of your lifestyle choices.
When I started out, I didn’t have any food intolerances.
I just had no desire to eat or drink.
But, in a very short time, I got very upset and started to binge on junk food.
I lost a lot of weight and gained confidence in myself and in my eating habits and habits of eating out.
In fact, I ate out more often than I used to, which was a big mistake because I didn, in fact, eat more than I should have.
The best way to avoid becoming a food intolerant is to eat healthy, whole foods, and to be honest, I always was a bit of a snob.
I didn’st know the health benefits of fruits and vegetables and whole foods and didn’t think it was important to eat a certain amount of food.
And, I wasn’t eating enough fruits and veggies, and my body was reacting negatively to those fruits and green veggies.
But the truth is, I was eating way too much and not getting enough nutrients from the foods I was consuming.
When I tried to eat healthier, I realised I was being frugal, so I tried different types of foods to see how much I could eat.
But by the time I was able to eat less, I couldn’t eat as much and I was not eating the kind of foods I wanted.
I got fatter.
So I tried other things and things have changed in the last 20 years.
Now, I’m not so frugical anymore.
I have a lot more food in my fridge and my food shopping is now much more organized.
My fridge is full of fruits in a single room.
I don’t eat out at all.
I’ve started shopping for produce at the market.
I buy organic vegetables at the local supermarket and organic produce from farmers.
I cook a lot.
My food shopping has changed.
I’m very conscious of what I eat and how I eat it.
When my friends came over for lunch, they told me, “Why don’t you cook?”
And I said, “I don’t want to cook.”
I also started to have a good diet. But I don´t have a bad food habit.
I still eat the same foods as I did in the past, but I have improved my food choices and my eating behaviour and I am very confident in myself.
I know I can still eat healthy.
I also have to say that when I started losing weight, my waistline started to shrink.
I was just so surprised and grateful to have been healthy and I wasn´t really thinking about weight loss.
