Here are the 10 mini habit suggestions you can get going now.
Start by trying to remember what you’re doing every day and what you enjoy most.
Start with something simple that you enjoy, such as reading a book, watching a film, or listening to music.
For example, start with a novel, which is easy to start reading, or something that you like to do.
Start by writing down what you like doing and how much time you spend on it.
Once you’ve got that down, try to start writing out your drinking habits, even if it’s just a few.
You can also use the list to write down your other habits, such it playing games, watching television or listening.
