People who are on the road, living with a pet, or living in a temporary apartment often have a tendency to binge on fast food and soda.
But if you’re one of those people, there’s a better way to cope.
“I was going through the 9-to-5 life,” she said.
“So I would have these little snacks and drinks and I would get really into it.
But I wasn’t really doing anything productive at all.”
Now, she says, she avoids fast food.
“That’s my first instinct,” she added.
“But then I think, I’ll just get up in the morning and not go anywhere.”
