First, download the journal and install it.

The journal will show you how many journals are currently open and the time they are open.

Once a habit has started, you get a notification that shows up in the status bar of the Habitation Tracker app, along with a list that shows the number and time the habit was tracked.

You must tap the check mark next to the number to start tracking it.

When a habit is tracked, the Habit tracker history will show an icon next to it, showing the last activity it was tracked from.

When this icon is on, the tracking progress is displayed in a chart.

You can check your progress with the progress bar in the top right corner of the chart.
