
How to Get Good Habits in Life
I was reading a book on habits and I was so excited to discover the book Habits by John Darnielle, and he was talking about how to change your life habits, to learn more about yourself, and to get better at them.
Habits are just as important as having a healthy diet and exercising, he said.
So I wanted to know how to get good habits in my life.
I’ve been practicing habits for 10 years and now I’m really good at it, and I feel better, I feel more relaxed, I’m more energized.
It feels good.
But I don’t want to just stop practicing habits because I don?t know why.
I know why I don??t want to stop practicing, but I don???t know how.
I want to practice, but my mind keeps running, like I don?” he said on the TODAY Show.

Practice for a few minutes, but not too much.

Maybe sit on a couch and do 10 minutes of work.
Or practice yoga, which is really relaxing.
