We asked people how they used their habits to create, and create, meaningful lives.
Here are the 10 habits that we found most effective.
Habit 1: Set aside a little time each day to do something that will get you out of your day.
Habit 2: Get in shape, especially if you don’t want to eat too much.
Habit 3: Learn how to build your business.
Habit 4: Exercise regularly, but not too frequently.
Habit 5: Create a list of ways you can do something new each day.

We were fascinated by the idea that we could change the world by having a little more fun with our lives by getting out of our own way.
It’s also an excellent way to keep ourselves focused and get out of the house.
