‘Hotel’ tracker templates can help you stay cool when travelling
A travel tracker can be used to help you track the activities you’ve done over time.
It’s not a perfect solution, but it’s useful if you’ve got a travel itinerary, like you do with a hotel.
Here’s how to create your own template.
#4: Make a hotel booking to track your activities during the day #4.1.
Creating a hotel account If you’re planning to visit a hotel, or simply want to find out more about where you’ll be staying, you can create a booking.
To do this, follow these steps: Find your hotel’s website.
If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.
Make sure it’s signed in to Google.
Open the Google app, click “Accounts”, then “Create an Account”.
In the “My account” field, enter your Google Account information.
You can check the box next to “Yes” if you want to be added to the Google Community.
Enter your first and last name, and the email address associated with the account.
Select the “Account” checkbox.
Click “Continue”.
Click “Sign in”.
Select your account details.
To start tracking your hotel activities, enter a short summary of what you did at the hotel, and click “Continue.”
You can also add a link to the booking on the top of the page.
#5: Keep track of your hotel and events You may have to add some event information to your hotel account.
To add it, click on the “Event” link in the “I am booking this event” section.
Follow the instructions to add the event to your account.
Then, you need to enter the details.
You’ll need the hotel’s name, date of booking, and room number.
To keep track of when and where you’ve stayed, add an event tag that points to a Google calendar, or use Google Calendar’s events to list your hotel.
For example, if you’re staying at the Hilton in London, your hotel could be “hotel London” on Google Calendar.
#6: Keep an eye on your travel diary #6.1: Keeping track of where you’re going and when #6 to 6.1a: Creating a travel diary to keep track #6a.1 to 6a.4: Creating your own travel diary To keep a diary of your journey, follow the steps below: Open the app of your favorite app, such as Apple Watch or Google Calendar, and navigate to “My accounts”.
If you haven’t yet, create an account.
Enter the hotel name and your first, last and email address.
Select “Keep a diary” to start tracking.
To track your hotel, follow those instructions.
To see how your diary changes as you change hotels, view your diary.
#7: Keep a hotel bookmarked and available for a future trip #7.1, 7.2, 7, 7a: Bookmarking your hotel bookings and other hotel information Keep a bookmarked list of your bookings in Google Docs or an external spreadsheet.
For more information, see How to create a Google Booking.
To save a hotel to your Google Bookings, enter the hotel details, including the hotel number, hotel room number, and email account, and save the bookmarks.
You don’t need to save a lot of bookings, but you might want to consider doing so when you’re booking a hotel for a specific event or when you want your hotel to be open for a longer period of time.
#8: Keep your hotel trackable for up to two years #8.1b: Tracking your hotel booking history for up of two years For hotel bookmakers, tracking your bookmarks is important because it helps you monitor the hotel and event calendars that they provide to you.
To get started, follow this guide: How to track hotel bookmarks in Google Play: How To Track Bookmark History in GooglePlay How to Track Hotel Bookmarks in Apple Watch: How You Track Bookmarks on Your Apple Watch Learn how to use Google Doc or another spreadsheet to track bookmarks for up up to 2 years.
You should have access to a copy of the hotel booking diary, and you can keep the bookmarked version of the booking diary available for up the two years.
To review your hotel diary for up-to-two years, use Google Chrome’s “Back” button.
